What a fantastic chair.

I'm 6,7 and 140 kg's for starters. While trying out chairs at a store to no avail I stumbled upon this exact one and tried it out. Instantly I felt this was something else. The quality and the feel of it is just remarkable and it's easy to see why it's pricier than your average chair built for the same purpose. Absolutely worth every cent. This chair is placed in my home studio where I spend insane amounts of time every day, and it's so comfortable and well built I have few words for it. The only drawback with my purchase was that the store in question just had this one demo chair, but I had to get it anyways (though I almost had to pay full price for it, I was fine with that). While being a demo chair it for some reason didn't include the pillows for your back and neck. Customer service at Noblechairs willingly sent me those for free though, which I didn't ask for, I just wanted to buy them directly from the company. Or, I said "pillows", they actually sent me the neck pillow and not the one for my lower back, haha... They must have forgotten about that second pillow, but it matters not. I'm so satisfied and can't recommend Noblechairs enough. Thank you very much for producing excellent chairs.

Only had this chair for a few days but it looks absolutely incredible and after 10 hours it was still comfortable. The price really does reflect the Luxury feel, this is a good buy if you have the cash

Fantastic Chair

I did a lot of research when I was looking for a chair for my PC, I use it for gaming primarily but also some office work. The main thing I was looking for in a chair was comfort as well as back support and after looking at endless chair reviews on websites and youtube from various different manufacturers of chair, I decided on the White/Black Noblechairs Epic series and being just an hour or so from OcUK HQ I had the added bonus of popping over to try the thing out before buying! My first impressions were great, I loved it almost instantly, almost because it took me 20 minutes to assemble it and the laminated instruction booklet had everything needed to put this chair together in around 20-25 minutes. It has a lot of chair settings to try and even though the recline lever on the right only reclines it so far, the lever on the left will take it even further if required, personally I love the option to lean back using the left lever, acting as a rocking type action, really comfortable and relaxing. As for service, I noticed that one of the stitches on the base of the chair had a slightly wider hole than the rest in that area which lead me to think that a stitch had pulled, after debating if I should raise this with OcUK I eventually decided to ask the customer service guys what they thought and I was given the option to swap out the base straight away, which I did and the turn around was really quick and efficient. This experience alone has given me a lot of trust in OcUK and Noblechairs for the quality and service of their products and standard they set for others to follow. I am really satisfied with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this chair to any prospective buyer.
