MOUZ has a history spanning two decades, filled with successes and great moments, that led to a recent rebranding. Still using their iconic red, the noblechairs HERO MOUZ Edition features the unmistakable color scheme. The main body of the chair is black, the sides clad in red. MOUZ’s timeless logo is embroidered on the front and back in contrasting gray, while a red stitching adorns the headrest on both sides. With 11° of movement on the ‘rocker’ mechanism, and the ability to set the backrest from 90° to 125°, you’ll be playing, watching, or working in comfort at all times.

EXCEPTIONAL 4D ARMRESTS

With an increased surface area and an extensive range of movement options, the noblechairs 4D armrests offer a variety of positions that allow you to find the perfect stance. Adjustable in four directions, our polyurethane armrests offer a subtly textured surface, creating a balance between softness and the right amount of grip for the most intense gaming sessions.

ROBUST ALUMINIUM BASE

The foundation of the HERO Series from noblechairs is the powder-coated wheelbase made from solid aluminum with five arms and specially designed castors. These 60mm castors consist of a Nylon core with a polyurethane coating that allows them to be quiet and suited for use on both hard and soft flooring. Combined with the Safety Class 4 gas lift, the HERO Series has been designed in conjunction with the optimized base to offer support for a maximum load of up to 150kg / 330lbs.

C'est un grand OUI

Très satisfait de ce fauteuil Hero que j'ai pris en version TX anthracite ! La qualité de finition est impressionnante, et le confort est bien là dès la première assise. Je sais qu'il faudra quelques temps d'adaptation à mon dos pour cette nouvelle assise, mais c'est pour mon bien, pour ma santé un achat utile. En revanche, je tiens à préciser que j'ai eu des problèmes sur la livraison en France, car le transporteur GLS est tout simplement incompétent... Méfiez-vous à ce niveau là, car, me concernant le livreur n'est même pas passé chez moi, donc pas d'avis d passage et a laissé le colis en point relais à 3,5 km de chez moi !!! Bref un gros raté à ce niveau là. Je ne sais pas si Noblechairs ne travail qu'avec ce transporteur en France, mais il vaudrait mieux qu'ils changent de partenaire prestataire pour la livraison, tel que DHL ou UPS bien plus fiables !

not perfect at first but an after-sales service at his best

I ordered a noble chair hero to level up my home office rig. The chair is firm and very confortable. I quickly noticed a leveling issue with the base of the chair which was making it a bit uncomfortable. I contacted the after sale service, couple of photos sent and Felix immediately moved by resending me the whole basement of the chair. Problem solved in 2 our 3 mails exchanges. Now the chair is perfect. Thanks a lot to all the team. Now let's wait to see how the chair will evolve over time, but so far it is very promising.

Un siège de qualité...

J'ai longuement parcourus tout les sites pour remplacer mon ancien site de gaming, et je suis tombé sur noblechairs je viens tous juste de le monter, il est fermé mais pas trop on a clairement sous les fesses du premium, je ne regrette pas du tout mon acquisition, le seul bémol est que le site est assez restreint si on se loupe sur l'article choisi... Et qu'il n'y a pas moyen d'annuler sa commande, on se retrouve donc avec un transporteur qui se pointe chez avec deux sièges...lol !!! Je n'ai pas de point négatif sur le produit et pas non plus assez de recule pour être objectif... Mais cependant je tiens à dire qu'il s'agit là d'un produit hyper bien fini et qui m'a l'air vraiment robuste... Voilà A acheter sans hésitation
