Absolutely satisfied with my decision to buy the Icon so far.
Price was very reasonable. Ordering easy. Very quick shipping - arrived in 24 hours in safe packaging.
Very easy to assemble - tools, parts and instructions all available.
Nicely manufactured, no sharp edges or low quality screws, everything fits well, the metal parts lubricated, took about 15 minutes of relaxed work.
The seat is firm but comfortable and I prefer firm seats.
Ticked the boxes I needed - not too wide, backrest can be reclined and locked, seat can be tilted backwards and locked, the backrest is narrow at the top and shoulders / arms not restricted - as I use flight simulator often.
I wish there was an option to buy a lock to stop rotation but that’s not that important.
Overall I am very happy with this chair, hope it will last.
Best office/game/pc chair I have ever owned! It's also Nuka-Cola Quantum!

This "Icon" chair is so comfortable and stylish, solid and firm, if you don't treat yourself to it, you'll regret it. The service ordering was amazing, set an email reminder to tell me when it was back in stock, as it was out at the time, and boom a week or so later I got the notification and made my purchase. Shipped in a great box, not to mention fast shipping. It was also so easy to assemble, very straight forward and all necessary tools and manuals were provided. As a side note, I also purchased the Nuka-Cola Quantum Noblechairs Pillows, and boy I could fall asleep in this chair now! High Quality all around for both Nuka Quantum Products! If you're a Fallout fan, and who isn't now, this or the other Nuka and Vault chairs are a do not miss out, in my humble opinion. Worth every penny spent! Thank you Noblechairs!
P.S. You don't need to get the Fallout version of course, this "Icon" chair would be great in any of the offered trims! Seeing the quality of this chair, I'd bet the real leather is amazing!

I was able to return the chair for a refund. It is a beautifully designed chair and seems to be fairly good quality but the firmness aggravates my back problems.
