I lucked out and got this on sale during a holiday sale and I have to say this is such a huge step up from the local box store chair I was using. It's a beautiful chair that's solidly built but it is just so comfortable. Really glad to support this company in the future and I can only wish them the very best going into 2023.
In general I do like this chair. While it has many things I love, there are several things that keep it from being something I'd recommend to a friend. For "pros", it looks nice and it's the best chair I've ever owned. It's comfortable and has enough adjustments to make it fit my workspace perfectly. That being said, there are some things that have been disappointing in my first few weeks of ownership. 1) The chair back is not square with the base. To say another way, when adjusted the same, one arm rest digs into the chair (right side) while the left side has a gap. I disassembled and re-assembled the chair to try to fix this, and only got it "better", but it's still not right. 2) the chair rocking mechanism squeaks. It's not the biggest problem in the world, but the squeak doesn't scream "quality" to me. 3) I really wish there was an adjustable lumbar support on this model. The chair is comfortable overall, but adjustable lumbar support would be a big improvement. 4) The arm rest padding is "ok", but most days I'm left wanting better. For the price I paid, I'm very happy with this chair! Had I paid MSRP, I would likely return it for a different option.
First off I ordered this on Thanksgiving evening and they shipped it just a few hours later. Saturday, less than 2 days from ordering, it was already delivered. 20 minutes later I’m sitting in the most comfortable chair I’ve owned. I worried I was spending too much for “not that much of an upgrade.” Wrong! This chair looks and feels incredible. The quality really shows. My first gaming session went perfect! The adjustable arms and height got me to a position my last chair couldn’t. I was much more comfortable and natural with my mouse movements. And I didn’t find myself fidgeting after a few hours like before. I am highly recommending these chairs to my friends, especially while they’re on sale!
