Recently had to replace my ageing AK Racing chair and after foolishly buying a cheaper chair went for the Epic gaming chair and am very impressed. Really easy to put together, only really needed help putting the back on but a lot easier than doing the same on other chairs I've built.Seems really solid too so hopefully will last.
I'm a relatively tall (6'2) and broad guy and I was looking for a high back chair which is both comfortable and durable. This chair seems to fit the bill. It's extremely comfortable and when adjusted it makes your back feel like heaven. I also had an issue with delivery but a quick phone call to OCUK and they offered me a game, mug and mouse mat as an apology. Extremely pleased with the chair and customer service.
The Chair is extremely solid and both good looking and comfortable. The service from Overclockers was excellent. I unpacked the chair on Friday evening to find the left arm was broken. Upon contacting Overclockers Saturday morning, they dispatched a replacement arm that arrived 10 AM Monday morning, first class service guys. The chair is fully adjustable for any seating position. I like an upright position, with the headrest cushion I am supported and very comfortable. I am 6’ 2 and 20 stone, this chair does not even creak when I dump myself in it, I feel well supported throughout. The gold stitching is very subtle and adds a nice finishing touch but I must say the four way adjusting arm rests are one of my favourite points. I can have my right hand level with the desk for mouse control and my left hand slightly higher for the keyboard. A small feature but makes so much difference. As said in the review above the backrest tilt is powerful, so go careful during assembly. All in all very pleased with both Chair and Overclockers service.
