EPIC With inspiration from the world's biggest motorsports and input from racing enthusiasts around the world, the EPIC with its aggressive styling certainly leaves a mark. With an adjustable lumbar pillow and neck pillow included, finding comfort is done with ease.

ICON Elegant and stylish, when it comes to the ICON, it’s all in the name. With natural curvature around the lumbar region, the ICON offers fantastic support even when not using the included pillow set. Nevertheless, those looking for some extra support around the next and lumbar areas are just a minute away from installing the pillow set.

HERO With a larger seat base and integrated lumbar support, the HERO is our most versatile chair to date. Thanks to the integrated lumbar support, users can find the perfect setting when sitting in front of their monitor or TV for extended hours.

EPIC Compact

*The recommended height is based on experience and may vary as body proportions (ratio of upper body to lower body) may vary. In the HERO and EPIC, the neck pillow can only be pulled down to a certain point due to the shoulder area. The ICON has much more room to move, making the ICON more suitable for smaller people.

Depending on the ratio of your upper body and lower body, the exact height requirements do vary depending on the person. Offering a larger range of motion on the neck pillow, the ICON is often favored by smaller people. Due to the flared shoulder area on the HERO and EPIC, the neck pillow sits at a higher point on the chair.

No, some of our Limited Edition models including the HERO ST, DOOM Edition, and Fallout Vault-Tec Edition don’t include the pillow set. This has allowed our product development team to use the entire chair when it comes to the design. Paired with additional padding in the headrest, and the already built-in lumbar support of the HERO, the pillow set isn’t necessary.

The foundation of a noblechairs gaming and office chairs is a solid steel frame and cold foam padding with a high density of approx. RG 60 kg/m³. While quite firm, the biggest advantage of the higher density foam is that it will keep its shape for years to come. If you’re experiencing discomfort when first setting up your chair, please note that the cold foam can take 2 – 4 weeks to break in helping to achieve maximum comfort.

Made of Nylon and Polyurethane, our high-quality castors offer exceptional movement on both soft and hard floors while our Polyurethane 4D adjustable armrests offer a wide range of movement allowing for you to be comfortable in any position.

Available in Real Leather, PU Leather, Fabric, and our Produced in Germany Hybrid Vinyl / PU Leather, several options are available offering different looks and feels from your nobelchairs.

Produced in Germany, and exported for production of our chairs, the Hybrid Vinyl / PU Leather material is used on both our Black and Java Edition models. Offering an unmatched level of manufacturing, our Hybrid material removes the need for perforation thanks to its carefully designed composition.

Composed in such a way that the material has fine pores throughout, the Black and Java Edition doesn’t require any holes for increased breathability. When held in front of a light source, while traditional PU Leather is opaque, thanks to the carefully designed pores our Hybrid material will shine through.

Other benefits to the Hybrid material include that it’s both softer and more elastic, making it less prone to micro-cracks and so-called “peeling“ making it extremely durable in any environment.

a) Feel
Real leather, especially full-grain leather and our top-grain leather, feels both warm and soft as you’d expect from the material. PU leather often has a more smooth, rigid, and cold touch to it.

b) Care
Genuine leather requires more care, however, if cared for properly generally will last longer when compared to PU Leather. However, we use very thick and robust materials in all our PU Leather and Hybrid Vinyl / PU Leather models increasing the life span when compared to “traditional“ PU Leather chairs.

Our castors are suitable for both hard and soft floors. The statement "Suitable for both hard and soft floors" refers to the roll characteristics. This means that the castors can be moved easily on both carpet and hard floors.

However, damage to hard floors is not primarily caused by the casters themselves, instead, dust grains adhere to the casters changing the characteristics to a “grainy“ feeling. This causes the surface of the castors to become rough and when rubbed against laminate, wood, or similar flooring can cause damage.

To prevent damage to hard floors, we recommend a protective mat. Thanks to the roll characteristics of our castors, a plastic or fabric option is viable to protect your floor.

As with all office chairs, this can be quite time-consuming. We recommend using a rubber mallet and targeted blows next to the inlets to remove the gas lift from the catches of the tilt mechanism and/or the base. You can find numerous techniques on YouTube.

You can delete your customer account yourself under the settings of your customer account.

All chairs have the certification for office chairs from the German Institute for Standardization DIN EN 1335. If you require a copy of this certificate for business reasons, please contact us.

We offer a range of chairs that are 100% Vegan Friendly including all PU Leather models alongside our Hybrid Vinyl / PU Leather. These models are pure artificial leather made of synthetic materials.

In the event you’ve already placed an order, please contact us via our contact us page as soon as possible. However, please note we have a very limited window with our delivery partners Caseking. In most cases, the order will need to be canceled and a new order will have to be placed.

As soon as your order is received, you will be sent an automatic order confirmation by email. Depending on the shipping destination, our delivery partner Caseking will send a further email when the item has shipped.

Caseking are our delivery partners across a large part of Europe. Our website offers an interface that covers noblechairs in detail and allows you to order with ease.

Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and/or the ordered items. Shipping to Portugal, prices start at 3,90€ and may increase depending on the location. If your order exceeds 200€ shipping to Portugal is free! For precise information you can simply put the product into the basket and add your address, the shop will calculate the shipping costs and present them to you in the summary.

Orders are generally received within 3 – 7 business days depending on the destination, however, during holiday buying periods or excessive traffic in the transport network orders can at times take longer.

WARRANTY, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Orders shipping from our delivery partner Caseking are In line with the Germany Distance Selling Act, which allows the return of goods within 14 days of receiving the item.

This includes the ability to return goods after the assembly and trial of the seat.

If purchasing via one of our distribution partners across the globe, please consult their conditions when it comes to the returning of goods.

Once you have requested the return of your product, you will receive a shipping label within 48 hours. When received at our warehouse, our support team will inspect the goods to confirm the product has been packaged properly and no damage has been created during shipping. Once complete, you will be emailed information regarding your refund via the payment method used.

noblechairs offers a 2 year warranty period on all products. Caseking will gladly help you to solve the problem by sending you spare parts.

When sending a warranty request, please include, multiple images of the chair and problem, a copy of the invoice, and your shipping details to simplify and speed up the process. Once approved, our respected delivery partner will assist in getting any necessary parts to you as soon as possibl

In the event of damage caused by improper use, incorrect assembly, neglect, failure to observe the maintenance and operating instructions, unauthorized repair work, or modifications by the customer or third parties, the warranty is void.

Wear and tear on both mechanical and material elements of all products are also void of warranty unless caused by possible mechanical or material defects. If you have any concerns about your noblechairs product, it’s recommended that you contact the appropriate delivery partner as soon as possible and share your concerns

Please note that neither the warranty nor the guarantee will start anew if a spare part is exchanged or sent.

INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE

Each package contains an easy-to-understand assembly manual. Following the included material, you and your noblechairs will be ready to use in no time.

For those looking to maintain and clean their Real Leather, PU Leather, or Hybrid Vinyl / PU Leather chair, we recommend the noblechairs Premium Cleaning and Care Kit if available.

It’s recommended that you use the care kit every 4 – 6 months, depending on use. In the event, your chair is directly exposed to sunlight (we strongly advise against this to maintain the integrity and quality of the material), it’s recommended to maintain the product on a more regular basis to prevent damage.

Alternatively, you can wipe the surface of your chair with a few drops of mild soap, 1L of water, and a lint-free cloth. Please note, it‘s important to not use too much soap, in the event too much soap is used, the residue can remain in the chair and the alkaline properties of the soap can cause the leather to become brittle. Once completed cleaning with soap and water, it’s recommended that you wipe the chair down again with a damp cloth removing any traces of soap and dirt

When cleaning your Fabric Chair, you should first vacuum the surface with a vacuum cleaner to remove excess dust and dirt. Once complete, you can use a cleaning foam for fabric furniture and spray a layer over the chair as directed via the instructions of the bottle. When the cleaning agent has been sufficiently absorbed, you can remove the dirt and remaining foam with a brush.

Once complete, it is recommended you leave your noblechairs to dry first before completing the final process. Depending on the environment, 10 minutes should be sufficient, however, if the chair has become particularly damp, you can wait longer until it feels dry to the touch. Finally, you can take a moment to vacuum over the surface again removing any dust or dirt that has come to the top during the cleaning process.

SPARE PARTS

Spare parts including armrests, castors, the wheelbase, the tilt mechanism, screw set, plastic covers, or hinges can be purchased separately via our delivery partners.

Gas lifts and pillow sets are part of our official product line and can be purchased via the accessories section of our website.

Backrests and seat bases can be purchased depending on availability. Pro Gamersware offers this form to request spare parts.
