I spend a lot of time at my desk, both due to home office and being a gamer. So after some research, looking at alternatives and discussing with some people who already had their own noblechairs for many years, I decided to commit all the way and go for this beauty.
Packaging was very solid, it got into my apartment in perfect condition (I had my doubts about UPS, but there were no delivery problems). Installation went mostly smoothly and simple - I am not very good at handy work, but I was still able to assemble it myself.
One thing for other people assembling it, getting the neck piece into the back piece is a bit counterintuitive and takes quite a bit of force to keep the pieces connected before you put the small screws in. I expected more of a "fits in with a click" mechanic, but for this part it is not the case. And be careful not to drop the small screws into the back of the chair during installation, they can get lost behind the plastic labyrinth there and it will take quite some effort to take out.
I used to have a much clunkier gaming chair (GTRACING), and the jump in price is fully justified by the amazing upgrade in comfort. Most important for me is the lombar support, and unlike the clunky chairs that come with a pillow that slides up and down and does pretty much what it wants, this chair comes with integrated support... and the things it does to my back, I can't even describe. Very very happy with how it feels! Not to mention it looks really nice!
I still have to tweak things as it's a new purchase, so I am sure there are still ways in which I can adjust it to my preference... I'll also have to see how the high-tech synthetic leather feels in the summer. But I am already in love with it and I definitely recommend it. 5/5
