Limited Edition ohne Kissen!!!

Stuhl: EPIC COPPER LIMITED EDITION Vorab möchte ich sagen, dass mir der Stuhl optisch sehr gut gefällt und auch einen hochwertigen Eindruch macht. Er ist bequem und der Aufbau ist auch kinderleicht. Ebenso war ich von der schnellen Lieferung begeistert. Ein Kritikpunkt ist jedoch, dass die Limited Editions ohne Kissen geliefert werden. Dies hatte ich leider so nicht erkannt bei meinem Kauf da die limited Edition in der gleichen Kategorie mit gleichem Preis angeboten wird, wie die normalen EPIC Stühle. Man muss hier schon extra in den FAQ nachlesen. Nach einer Beschwerde meinerseits telefonisch und Mail (hier kam nie eine Rückmeldung) bin ich über die Kulanz von Noblechairs leider enttäuscht. Hier hätte ich mir doch wenigstens ein entgegenkommen gewünscht. Sei es allein durch den Wegfall der Versandkosten bei der Nachbestellung der Kissen. Daher die zwei Sterne Abzug, da ich mir den Stuhl so sonst nicht gekauft hätte.

Bester Support

Wie alle sagen ist alleine das Auspacken ein Spektakel. Von der Optik ganz zu schweigen sitzt sich der Stuhl trotz der etwas härteren Polsterung sehr angenehm. Leider ist mir eine Blende der Schrauben am Stuhl gebrochen welche ich aber von innerhalb weniger Tage kostenlos ersetzt bekommen habe. (Die Antwort vom Support kam innerhalb einer Stunde.) Alles in Allem ein super Stuhl mit einem noch besserem Support. 5 Sterne!

Besser geht nicht !

Der beste Stuhl zum zocken oder bei längeren Arbeiten am PC. Ich kann jeden den Stuhl empfehlen v.a bei Rückenproblemen. Außerdem super Kundendienst. Auf Nachfrage eines Ersatzpolster bei Beschädigung innerhalb der Garantie , kam innerhalb einer Woche direkt eine neue Polsterung. Falls ich einen neuen Stuhl benötige,werde ich hier wieder einen kaufen. Noblechair ist sein Geld wert. Mfg
